Ciudad Victoria, the capital of Tamaulipas, is known for its universities and academic life. In recent years, the city has grown as a top destination for students from all over Mexico. Some of the major campuses near our hotel include the Technological Institute of Ciudad Victoria, the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas and the University of La Salle.

 

This beautiful city has something for everyone. The bustling city center is only five minutes from City Express. You can walk around Plaza Hidalgo and visit some of the historic attractions. We recommend the Basilica de Nuestra Señora del Refugio, a gorgeous neoclassical building with massive pilasters, built in 1920.

    Only credit cards are accepted to guarantee your reservation at City Express. When you check-in at the hotel, you will be asked for a credit card and a government issued identification. A hold will be placed on your credit card for the total amount of one night's stay, plus tax, per reserved room. If the authorization is not approved by the issuing bank, for this amount, the reservation will be subject to availability and will only be held until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. If the guest fails to check-in by 6:00 PM, the reservation will be canceled, however the guest's credit card will be charged for one night, plus tax, per reserved room.
    Payment for your reservation can be made in cash, with a credit card, or with a debit card.
