Our hotel is only a few minutes from major monuments, such as the Basílica de Nuestra Señora de la Misericordia, a church built in the 20th century that, many say, was inspired by Gaudí’s Sagrada Familia in Barcelona.

    You can download it at our invoicing site facturacion.hotelescity.com 3 days after the check-out date, or request it directly to the hotel where you stayed. In case of any inconvenience, send us an email at atencionaclientes@hotelescity.com, and we will gladly follow up your request.
    Only credit cards are accepted to guarantee your reservation at City Express. When you check-in at the hotel, you will be asked for a credit card and a government issued identification. A hold will be placed on your credit card for the total amount of one night's stay, plus tax, per reserved room. If the authorization is not approved by the issuing bank, for this amount, the reservation will be subject to availability and will only be held until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. If the guest fails to check-in by 6:00 PM, the reservation will be canceled, however the guest's credit card will be charged for one night, plus tax, per reserved room.
    Payment for your reservation can be made in cash, with a credit card, or with a debit card.
