How could I get my bill or request my invoice?
You can download it at our invoicing site https://facturacion.hotelescity.com 3 days after the check-out date, or request it directly to the hotel where you stayed. In case of any inconvenience, send us an email at atencionaclientes@hotelescity.com, and we will gladly follow up your request.
Can I guarantee my reservation with a debit card?
Only credit cards are accepted to guarantee your reservation at City Express. When you check-in at the hotel, you will be asked for a credit card and a government issued identification. A hold will be placed on your credit card for the total amount of one night's stay, plus tax, per reserved room. If the authorization is not approved by the issuing bank, for this amount, the reservation will be subject to availability and will only be held until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. If the guest fails to check-in by 6:00 PM, the reservation will be canceled, however the guest’s credit card will be charged for one night, plus tax, per reserved room.
How can I pay for my reservation at Hotel Reception?
Payment for your reservation can be made in cash, with a credit card, or with a debit card.
Will my credit card be charged at the time I make a reservation online?
No. The credit card is only used to guarantee the reservation. However, when you check-in to the hotel, a hold will be placed on your credit card for the amount of one night's stay, plus tax, per reserved room.
How many children, and what ages, can stay in the same hotel room?
The maximum room occupancy of a room depends on the size of the room that was reserved:
- a. Single room with one 1 queen size bed: maximum of 2 people, including children 12 and under.
- b. Double room with two double beds: maximum of 4 people, including children 12 and under. An extra charge applies for the third and fourth guests.
- c. Superior room with one queen size bed and one sofa bed: maximum of 4 people, including children 12 and under. An extra charge applies for the third and fourth guests.
- d. Twin room with two single beds: maximum of 2 people, including children 12 and under.
- e. Accessible Queen Room: maximum of 2 people, including children 12 and under.
Are there facilities for people with special needs?
Yes. Our hotels are universally accessible for people with a wide range of abilities. We offer ramps at every hotel’s main entrance. Also, most of our hotels offer handicapped accessible rooms that include accessible bathrooms, wider doors and lower peepholes on the doors.

Do City Express Hotels offer cable television?
Yes, Our hotels offer Sky Cable TV.
Does City Express have hotel transportation that I can use to get around the city?
Subject to availability, some of our hotels can arrange for complimentary hotel shuttle service to transport guests to locations throughout the city within 6 miles of the hotel. Guest should speak with Hotel Reception staff to check on availability.
The hotel staff can also call a taxi for you.
For hotels in Morelia and Cancun, there is an additional cost for hotel transportation.
Does City Express offer parking?
Most City Express hotels offer free parking on the premises. City Express hotels in Mexico City and Morelia offer parking, for a fee.
Do City Express hotel offer packages for lunch and/or dinner?
No. However, all City Express Hotels offer continental breakfast, included in the price of the room. Some of our hotels offer room service from select area restaurants.
