2021 Sustainability Achievements

Social investment in kind of 2,635 room nights, equivalent to $3.4 million pesos.

We generate alliances with more than 20 organizations and institutions that work for the benefit of the environment and society.

We allocated 1,500 room nights to health professionals, in continuous support of the fight against the pandemic.

We contributed to the creation of the first tourist glossary in Mexican Sign Language, one more action of our City Incluye Labor Diversity and Inclusion Program.

We worked on an analysis of water stress at the national level where we located the areas of our operation and with the greatest risk of water scarcity, in order to continue with responsible management of this resource.

We continue to identify the risks and opportunities of climate change in our operating scenario, following the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).

Our actions contribute to 94% of the Sustainable Development Goals of the World Organization United Nations.

We participated for the first time in the reporting of the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) global disclosure system, positioning ourselves at the Management level as a company that has coordinated management in climate actions.
