Hoteles City Express has a policy that regulates in detail the Complaints Procedure. This policy seeks to be a guide to support our employees in reporting illegal activities or activities that conflict with the guidelines of any of the internal policies or Code of Ethics of the organization.

Complaints Procedure

The complaint must be reported no later than 15 days after the event so that it receives the proper attention.
